The Los Angeles Rams have lost Allen Robinson for the remainder of the season as he will require foot surgery.

Robinson was having "some soreness in his foot" during the week. After an injection to "see if he could push through," a CT scan revealed a stress fracture on the navicular bone in one foot, Sean McVay said.

Robinson, who signed a three-year, $46.5 million contract with the Rams in March, has 33 catches for 339 yards and three touchdowns this season.

The Rams are already without Cooper Kupp due to a knee injury.

The Los Angeles Rams are uncertain when or if quarterback Matthew Stafford will return this season, league sources told ESPN.

Stafford is out Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs because of a strained neck and two recent trips to the concussion protocol. He suffered one concussion earlier this month, and the Rams never could prove he suffered a second concussion even though he was in the protocol a second time.

Henderson logged just four snaps in Sunday's loss to the New Orleans Saints. Cam Akers and Kyren Williams got a majority of the work in the backfield.

"He felt a little something in his knee and that was kind of what led to Cam and Kyren getting the majority of the work," Sean McVay said Monday. "But he said he felt fine [Monday]."

The NFLPA is monitoring the situation surrounding Matthew Stafford spending consecutive weeks in the league's concussion protocols.

Stafford was cleared on Friday after missing the Los Angeles Rams' Week 10 game against the Arizona Cardinals. This past Sunday, the quarterback left the team's game against the New Orleans Saints to be evaluated for a concussion.

Cooper Kupp will undergo surgery on his ankle and be placed on injured reserve.

Sean McVay said the "tightrope" procedure that will be performed on Kupp typically has a recovery time of five to six weeks.

Kupp suffered the injury in the fourth quarter of Week 10.

The Los Angeles offense has depended on Kupp this season: Entering Week 10, Kupp accounted for 35.7% of the Rams' catches this season, which is the highest mark by any player in the league.

Cooper Kupp suffered a high right ankle sprain in Sunday's loss.

Kupp left the Rams' Week 10 loss in the fourth quarter after injuring the ankle while attempting to catch a pass from quarterback John Wolford. 

Kupp entered the game with 72 receptions, for a pace of 153 over a 17-game season.

Kupp left the Rams' 27-17 loss to the Arizona Cardinals early in the fourth quarter after injuring the ankle while attempting to catch a pass from quarterback John Wolford. Kupp appeared to grab his right ankle after the play and was helped to the bench by the team's medical staff. He was checked out and then walked to the locker room.

Kupp did not speak to the media after the game.

Rams coach Sean McVay said "changes have to be made" after his team scored only 13 points in Sunday's loss to the Buccaneers.

"Adjustments have to be made," McVay said. "We can't continue to go on like this. And what that looks like, I don't necessarily have the exact answers right now."

McVay wanted to make it clear that he wasn't pointing fingers at others and not including himself, saying, "I'm a big part of this. I have to do better."

Cam Akers practiced with the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday for the first time in several weeks.

The Rams and the running back resolved to move forward after trade talks failed to result in a deal before this week's deadline.

Sean McVay said on Wednesday that he and Akers had a good conversation as they tried to work through what were described as "philosophical and football-related differences."

"I'm in-house," Akers said. "I'm back with the team, so I'm happy."
