Mar 30, 2022 8:51 AM

The Los Angeles Rams are planning contract extensions for both Sean McVay and Les Snead.

Both the head coach and general manager have two years left on their current deals.

"They have an amazing working relationship," Rams COO Kevin Demoff said. "You'd be foolish, when you look at how hard it is in this league to win, not to try to keep together a pair that's done it really well."

Rams 'Definitely' Want Odell Beckham, Jr. Back

Mar 23, 2022 9:47 AM

Les Snead says the Los Angeles Rams "definitely" want Odell Beckham, Jr. back as they look to repeat as Super Bowl champions next season.

Beckham is one of the biggest names remaining on the free agent market.

The wide receiver is coming off a torn ACL suffered in the playoffs.

"We would definitely appreciate him being a part of that diversity of [pass-catchers] we were talking about, and coming in obviously later in the season and kind of finishing things off with him," Snead said. "So similar to last year, although different circumstances."

Titans Acquire Robert Woods From Rams

Mar 20, 2022 9:09 AM

The Tennessee Titans have acquired Robert Woods from the Los Angeles Rams for 2023 second round pick.

Woods tore his ACL on Nov. 13 and was due a $3.5 million roster bonus from the Rams on Sunday.

Woods became expendable after the Rams signed Allen Robinson II.

The Titans' acquisition of Woods gives them a viable option as the team's No. 2 wide receiver. Tennessee released Julio Jones on Wednesday with a post-June 1 designation.

Coming off back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons in 2019 and 2020, the Chicago Bears placed the franchise tag ($17.8 million) on Robinson and failed to work out a long-term deal with the 28-year-old receiver ahead of the 2021 season.

The Rams still hope to re-sign Odell Beckham Jr.

Study Finds 208M Americans Watched Super Bowl LVI

Mar 1, 2022 8:21 AM

A new study suggests that the actual number of Americans who watched at least part of Super Bowl LVI was 208 million.

The study, done by NFL and Nielsen, used both the standard Nielsen data and a new survey by the University of Chicago's National Opinion Research Center to determine viewing of the Super Bowl outside people's homes.

That 208 million figure is 25 percent higher than the 167 million that Nielsen previously said watched at least some of the Super Bowl.
