Ray Rice Ranks Last In Broken Tackles

Jul 31, 2014 11:39 PM

Ray Rice has averaged just 1.6 yards after contact this season, which is only better than Daryl Richardson, Willis McGahee, Lamar Miller and Chris Johnson in terms of starting running backs.

Rice has previously averaged 2.3 yards or more after contact.

Rice has only broken two tackles, which is the fewest of any running back with 50 or more carries.

With a depleted offensive line and an injured hip, Rice has struggled to put up his usual production.

Suggs Believes Goodell Had Hand In Super Bowl Blackout

Jun 10, 2014 1:40 PM

Terrell Suggs believes Roger Goodell may have had a hand in the Super Bowl blackout after the Baltimore Ravens raced out to a big third quarter lead.

The San Francisco 49ers made a second half comeback and had a chance to take the lead late in the fourth quarter.

“I thought he had a hand in it. Most definitely, he had a hand in it," said Suggs.

“We walk out of the Denver game, and linebackers are warming up on their sideline, and who do we see talking with John Elway, and it’s like hmmm. I thought, your commissioner is supposed to be neutral. He ain’t supposed to be on one side or the other, he’s supposed to be in the box. I saw him on their sideline and I was like, huh, I know who he’s going for. I think he definitely has his favorites.
