Odell Beckham, Jr. is "in talks" with several teams after holding an open workout for scouts on Friday in Arizona, according to a report.

It was reported last week that Beckham was seeking $20 million per year despite missing all of the 2022 season after tearing an ACL in Super Bowl LVI.

The Carolina Panthers, New York Giants, New England Patriots, Los Angeles Rams, Arizona Cardinals, San Francisco 49ers, Buffalo Bills, Kansas City Chiefs, Minnesota Vikings, Cleveland Browns, New York Jets and Baltimore Ravens all attended his workout.

The Los Angeles Rams have agreed to trade Jalen Ramsey to the Miami Dolphins for a third round ick in 2023 and tight end Hunter Long.

Ramsey tweeted his excitement for the trade Sunday, writing: "I prayed for this specifically for about a month & now it's happening! @MiamiDolphins LETSGO!"

The Rams pulled off a blockbuster trade for Ramsey in 2019, sending first-round draft picks in 2020 and 2021 and a fourth-rounder in 2021 to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Los Angeles signed Ramsey to a five-year, $105 million contract extension less than a year later.

By trading Ramsey before June 1, the Rams will take on $19.6 million of dead money on their 2023 salary cap with $5.6 million of cap savings.

Sean McVay has contemplated leaving the Los Angeles Rams, but the coach now says he's committed to the team over the long-term.

The Rams went 5-12 this past season after winning Super Bowl LVI.

"You want to make sure you're making a decision ... for years to come," McVay said in a pre-free agency video conference. "I'm committed to not having this become 'a story' every year. I don't take that lightly."

The Los Angeles Rams have been calling teams to shop Matthew Stafford, according to a report.

"Matt Stafford is fully available," Michael Lombardi said on "The Pat McAfee Show" Thursday.

"They would love to trade [him]. They can't [easily] do it, because he's got $57 million guaranteed. [But] they're trying to get out from it. [They've] called teams, I know this."

During his pre-free agency press conference on Thursday, Les Snead said that the team is "going to definitely rely on" Stafford, who he added is "one of our pillars."

The Los Angeles Rams have given Allen Robinson permission to seek a trade, according to sources.

The Rams are reportedly willing to pay a portion of Robinson's $15.25 million guaranteed salary to facilitate a deal.

Robinson signed a three-year, $46.5 million deal with the Rams, including $30.25 million guaranteed. There is no guaranteed money on the deal in 2024.
