Shaquille Leonard visited with the Dallas Cowboys on Tuesday and will meet with the Philadelphia Eagles on Wednesday, according to multiple reports.

By all accounts, Leonard's visit with the Cowboys went well.

The linebacker is expected to make a decision by the weekend.

Leonard was recently released by the Indianapolis Colts.

Dallas Cowboys cornerback DaRon Bland set the single-season record for interception returns for a touchdown against the Washington Commanders on Thursday afternoon.

The second-year cornerback returned an interception 63 yards for the Cowboys' final score in a 45-10 demolishing of the Commanders.

Entering Thursday, Bland had been tied with Eric Allen (1993), Jim Kearney (1972) and Ken Houston (1971) for the record.

Bland has more defensive touchdowns (five) than any other team this season. 

 Thirty years after he coached the Dallas Cowboys, Jimmy Johnson is going into the team's ring of honor.

Owner and general manager Jerry Jones made the announcement prior to Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers after Johnson spent time in the locker room. The halftime induction will take place at AT&T Stadium on Dec. 30 against the Detroit Lions.

"It feels right," Jones said. "It feels rewarded by what it represents, all of the times that we had. There were traumatic times. I'm not trying to be overly dramatic, but nice little scars. Beautiful scars, 30 years ago during that particular time. So appropriate that Jimmy Johnson should be recognized in this manner by any definition you want to come up with.

CeeDee Lamb had 11 catches for 151 yards and a touchdown for the Dallas Cowboys in the team's 49-17 win over the New York Giants on Sunday afternoon.

"I'm the top receiver in this game," Lamb said. "There's no question about it. If there is, I'll see you again next week."

Sunday marked Lamb's third straight game with 10-plus catches and 150-plus receiving yards. He's the only player to have three such consecutive games since at least 1970.

Dak Prescott is 8-3 in his career against the Philadelphia Eagles, including three-straight wins.

Heading into this Sunday's NFC East clash, Nick Sirianni hopes to "confuse" the Dallas Cowboys quarterback on the field.

"He's done really well against us the last couple of times he's played us," Sirianni said. "And just like any quarterback, what I'll say, like any quarterback, you have to try to confuse. You have to try to hit them and to try to knock him off his rhythm."

In his last three games against the Eagles, Prescott has thrown 11 touchdowns, just one interception and averaged 293.3 passing yards per game.
