Ravens OT Ronnie Stanley To Have Season-Ending Surgery

Oct 20, 2021 8:53 AM

Ronnie Stanley will undergo season-ending surgery on his left ankle for the second straight season, the Baltimore Ravens have announced.

The Ravens have placed the offensive tackle on the injured reserve. He underwent surgery on Tuesday.

"At this point in time, my ankle isn't where it should be," Stanley said in a statement. "This is the best decision not only for my health, but also for the team long-term. I look forward to supporting my team from the sideline this season and coming back fully healthy in 2022."

The Baltimore Ravens rallied to beat the Indianapolis Colts on Monday night, but it wasn't all good news.

The Ravens rushed for just 86 yards in the victory, ending their streak of 43 straight 100-yard games.

That tied the mark held by the Pittsburgh Steelers, whose streak of 100-yard games spanned from 1974-77.

Ravens Receiving Trade Interest On Running Backs

Oct 11, 2021 11:25 AM

The Baltimore Ravens have received trade interest in their running backs despite the fact that they lost their top-3 over a span of 10 days.

Baltimore responded by signing Latavius Murray, Devonta Freeman and Le'Veon Bell. Ty'Son Williams is Baltimore's second-leading rusher behind Lamar Jackson.

Williams has 164 rushing yards on just 27 carries, averaging 6.1 yards per attempt, while Murray has 151 yards and a team-leading three touchdowns on the ground.

Ravens Unhappy With Unpenalized Hits On Lamar Jackson

Oct 5, 2021 8:51 AM

The Baltimore Ravens will submit a couple of unpenalized hits on Lamar Jackson for the NFL to review this week.

Jackson hasn't gotten a roughing the passer penalty since December 2019. He took a few questionable hits on Sunday against the Denver Broncos.

Asked whether Jackson is treated differently because he's a running quarterback, John Harbaugh said: "All the quarterbacks should be treated the same. I don't think any quarterback should be judged any differently in terms of how they're protected. That's for sure."
