Apr 14, 2016 10:40 AM

LeSean McCoy is not expected to receive any discipline from the NFL for his alleged role in a nightclub altercation this offseason.

The Philadelphia district attorney opted not to press charges against McCoy due to a lack of evidence.

McCoy will likely be in the lineup for Week 1, with Karlos Williams backing him up. McCoy battled through injuries during his first season with the Buffalo Bills, running for 895 yards and three touchdowns on 203 carries across 12 games.

McCoy will turn 28 in July.
