The Philadelphia Eagles have signed Leodis McKelvin to a two-year, $6 million deal.

McKelvin was the 11th overall pick in the 2008 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills.

McKelvin was waived shortly before the start of free agency.

McKelvin will be reuniting with Jim Schwartz who was the defensive coordinator in Buffalo from 2014-2015.

Richie Incognito has agreed to re-sign with the Buffalo Bills on a three-year, $15.75 million deal.

Incognito revived his career with the Bills in 2015 after spending 2014 out of football after the bullying scandal with the Miami Dolphins.

Pro Football Focus graded Incognito as the NFL's second-best guard behind only Baltimore's Marshal Yanda.

Mario Williams has been released by the Buffalo Bills.

Williams, who had two seasons remaining on a six-year, $100 million deal he signed in 2012, was set to count $19.9 million against the Bills' salary cap. Prior to Williams' release, the Bills' 2016 cap number was projected to be in excess of their adjusted salary cap.

Williams was considerably less effective in first-year Bills coach Rex Ryan's scheme last season than he was in his first three seasons in Buffalo.

The Buffalo Bills have used their franchise tag on Cordy Glenn.

The tag on Glenn will cost the Bills $13.7 million.

Pro Football Focus graded Glenn as the NFL's 10th-ranked offensive tackle during the 2015 season and the fifth-best in pass blocking.

A second-round pick in the 2012 draft, Glenn has started all 61 games in which he has appeared.
