Bills coach Chan Gailey lectured some teenagers on Tuesday for heckling the team during practice. "If you dog one of us, you dog all of us," Gailey said. He said he'd instructed his players to skip that section of the stands for signing autographs on what was the final day of training camp in suburban Rochester. "They said some things during practice that were derogatory to a couple of our players," Gailey said later. "And if you say something derogatory to one of us, you're saying it to all of us."

Oct 12, 2014 8:34 PM

Bills rookie running back C.J. Spiller was the team's main option in their preseason victory over the Colts on Thursday night. Spiller rushed 10 times for 54 yards, scoring on a brilliant 31-yard rush to open the game. He was targeted once through the air and grabbed a two-yard reception. He was featured after veterans Fred Jackson and Marshawn Lynch were injured earlier in the week. "I think you can see tonight why we drafted C.J.," coach Chan Gailey said of the player selected ninth overall out of Clemson. "Obviously, running the ball is what he does best. Jackson Getting Buffalo's First-Team Carries

Jan 31, 2014 5:58 PM

Fred Jackson has been getting a majority of Buffalo's first-team touches at running back, according to Chris Brown of BuffaloBills.com. Marshawn Lynch is just doing the most with the reps he gets in the practice setting. "I'm sweating," said Lynch when asked if he was getting his fair share of carries. "I'm just getting in where I can." Asked if he is looking for a bigger role than he played last season when he had a career low 120 carries, Lynch left it in the hands of the coaching staff. "Actually man they're professionals at what they do too," Lynch said. "So I'm going to leave that to them and just come out and give what I've got every day. Whether they get me on the field, whether they have me playing the same role, whether they have me doing more, I'm cool with that."
