The Bills plan to give rookie running back C.J. Spiller some reps with their starters. Spiller signed his contract late last week, meaning he missed 11 training camp practices. The rookie is in line to take reps with Buffalo's offensive starters, a source with knowledge of the situation told NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora on Sunday. Spiller, the No. 9 overall pick, received a five-year, $25 million contract with escalators that could make the deal worth up to $37 million.
