Bills wide receiver Terrell Owens believes that he's as good as Jerry Rice.
"I know hands-down I'd be close to Jerry Rice's records if I had been with quality quarterbacks like he had," Owens said.
"He had Joe Montana and he finished with Steve Young. That wasn't a dropoff. Say I had been with a guy like Tom Brady, Peyton Manning or Drew Brees all of my career. Are you kidding me?"

Gailey Will Call Offensive Plays For Bills
Chan Gailey will likely hire an offensive coordinator, but he will call the plays for Buffalo in the first season.
"If you want to get it the way you believe it needs to be done from the start, then you need to do it," he said.
Gailey was noncommittal about the quarterback situation between Ryan Fitzpatrick and Trent Edwards, but Gailey said he needs time to study the players on film before making an honest evaluation of them.
"I know both guys have had some success playing in the NFL, but they have not done it for a length of time with consistency," Gailey said. "Can they? We're going to decide that."
Buffalo Officially Hires Gailey As Coach
The Bills have officially hired Chan Gailey as their newest head coach.
Gainey's first run as a head coach in the NFL included two rough seasons in Dallas.
