The Bills have signed outside linebacker Chris Kelsay to a contract extension.
?We signed an extension (Tuesday) and got everything finalized, a four-year extension,? said Kelsay. ?I?m very pleased. I think both sides are very happy with the situation and it gives me an opportunity to finish my career a Buffalo Bill.?

Bills Re-Sign Rookie QB Levi Brown
Rookie quarterback Levi Brown has re-signed with the Bills a day after the team released former starter Trent Edwards.
Brown rejoined the Bills on Tuesday after he was one of the team?s final cuts earlier this month, according to an Associated Press report
QB Trent Edwards Headed To Jacksonville
Showing just how frustrated they are with quarterback David Garrard, the Jaguars claimed former Bills starter Trent Edwards off waivers Tuesday, according to an ESPN.com report.
Edwards is expected to sign a contract Wednesday morning and join his new teammates at practice later in the day.
Bills Ready To Talk Lynch Trade
The Buffalo Bills are ready to listen to trade offers for Marshawn Lynch.
Green Bay is expected to have the strongest interest in acquiring Lynch.
The Packers lost Ryan Grant for the season in Week 1 and have struggled to establish the running game.
Bills Release Trent Edwards
The Bills have released Trent Edwards one week after he lost his job as starting quarterback.
The Bills had been shopping Edwards before his release, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.
Bills Tired Of Opponents Laughing
Buffalo safety Donte Whitner is tired of his team's play, which has led to opposing teams laughing on the field.
According to Whitner, members of the Packers were laughing during the Bills' Week 2 loss.
"Grown men laughing at other grown men on the football field. That happened toward the end of the ballgame last week," Whitner said. "And it happens every time we play New England."
Bills Ignored By National Markets
While the Bills dominate the local television market, the networks are uninterested in showing their game anywhere other than regionally.
Buffalo will play the Packers on Sunday and the only market the game will reach other than the local ones is Chico, which is the hometown of Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
"The goal is simple: To generate the highest audience possible," said Rob Correa, executive vice president, programming, for CBS Sports.
NFL Won't Allow Bills Fan To Serve Bowling Ball Shots
The NFL is interceding in the tailgate of a Bills fan.
After 21 years of tailgating in the same lot outside Ralph Wilson Stadium, Ken Johnson plans to take his party across the street starting with the next home game in two weeks.
Johnson has a tradition of drinking shots of Polish cherry liqueur out of the thumbhole of a bowling ball.
"It disappoints me that I have to move away from a lot where I've been for about 20 years, but I saw it coming a long time ago," said Johnson. "I have known for a long time that they want to sanitize Lot 1 and turn it into a family lot."
Rodgers Would Welcome Lynch, Bills Aren't Dealing
The Packers might add a running back after losing starter Ryan Grant for the season due to an ankle injury.
The Bills have a surplus of rushers, which has led to trade rumors involving Marshawn Lynch.
Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers was a teammate of Lynch's at Cal.
"Bring him on," Rodgers said when asked about Lynch.
However, Buffalo coach Chan Gailey didn't sound as though he felt Lynch would be moved.
"Opinions vary as to whether there are too many or not," said Gailey.
"Obviously in preseason we didn't have too many. I know Green Bay wishes they had one more than they had. Everybody has got opinions about what's right and we feel like having the three we have right now is a very good situation for us. We have to continue to get better with each one of them and see how their roles play out as the year goes on. This is a situation in the NFL where you can't have too many good running backs sometimes."
Spiller To Be Buffalo's Starting RB
The Bills are expected to use rookie C.J. Spiller as their starting running back when the season kicks off this weekend, according to a source.
Buffalo will announce Spiller as their starter on Wednesday.
Spiller was drafted with the 9th overall pick in April's NFL Draft.
Fred Jackson and Marshawn Lynch would be Spiller's backups.
