In a move that reunites him with former Coach Mike Martz, free agent wide receiver Isaac Bruce, released by St. Louis this week after 14 seasons with the Rams, has signed a two-year contract with the San Francisco 49ers.
The contract, ESPN.com confirmed, is worth $6 million.

San Francisco's Candlestick Park Regains Its Name For Good
Candlestick Park finally got its good name back Friday, as reported by the Associated Press.
After two much-criticized naming rights agreements with corporate sponsors over the past 12 years, the 49ers formally announced their aging stadium will be known as Candlestick Park for the rest of its days.
The 48-year-old stadium was called Monster Park for the last 3 1/2 years although it seemed only the 49ers and their contractually obligated broadcasters actually used the name.
49ers And Redskins Courting Briggs?
The Redskins and 49ers are believed to be most interested in linebacker Lance Briggs.
Briggs is looking for around $20 million in guaranteed money.
49ers Close To Deal With DeShaun Foster?
The 49ers are reportedly interested in running back DeShaun Foster and kick returner Allen Rossum, according to the Mercury News.
ESPN's John Clayton reported the Foster deal Monday, saying that the contract could be announced within the next few days.
49ers Waive LB Derek Smith
The 49ers on Tuesday waived linebacker Derek Smith, according to a Yahoo.com report.
The 6-2, 240-pound Smith started 14 games for the 49ers last season and finished fifth on the team with 98 tackles.

It will be Alex Smith against Shaun Hill in a heated competition to be the 49ers' QB, according to an San Fancisco Chronicle report.
Hill has set up the duel by agreeing to a three-year contract for $6 million, including a signing bonus of about $2 million and incentives that could push the total to $11.5 million, according to a source familiar with the deal.
