JuJu Smith-Schuster has agreed to sign with the New England Patriots on a three-year, $33 million deal.

Smith-Schuster, 26, played last season with Kansas City after five with the Steelers. He caught 78 passes for 933 yards and three touchdowns during the regular season and added 10 more receptions in three postseason games, including seven in the Chiefs' Super Bowl LVII victory over the Eagles.

The Kansas City Chiefs have agreed to a two-year, $16 million contract with defensive lineman Charles Omenihu, according to a source.

Kansas City was in the market for a defensive end after releasing Frank Clark.

Omenihu spent a season and a half with the San Francisco 49ers, appearing in 26 regular season games.

Jawaan Taylor has agreed to a four-year, $80 million deal with the Kansas City Chiefs.

The contract carries $60 million in guaranteed money.

The Jacksonville Jaguars used a second-round pick on Taylor in 2019 and he has started every game over the last four seasons.

According to a report, the plan is for Taylor to play left tackle.

The Kansas City Chiefs won't use the franchise tag on left tackle Orlando Brown, according to a source.

Brown and the Chiefs couldn't agree on a long-term contract last offseason, so he played under the franchise tag, earning about $16.6 million. 

The two sides have until March 13 to work out contract terms before Brown can begin negotiating with other teams.

Another report states that the Chiefs are now expected to release defensive end Frank Clark.
