Maurice Jones-Drew seeks a new contract and the Jaguars aren't going to budge on their stance of letting him play out his current contract.
It has been reported that new Jacksonville coach Mike Mularkey hasn't even met Jones-Drew. Running backs coach Sylvester Croom hasn't met him either.
"I don't drive home or sit in my office worrying about it," Mularkey said of Jones-Drew's holdout.
"I don't waste the energy."

The Jaguars have placed running back Maurice Jones-Drew on the reserve/did not report list.
Jones-Drew is holding out in hopes of getting the team to renegotiate his contract. He has two years remaining on a five-year, $31 million deal.

Jacksonville signed Coutu in May, bringing him to serve as the team's kicker while negotiating with Scobee.

The Jaguars and franchised kicker Josh Scobee have come to terms on a four-year contract, according to a league source.
Jacksonville placed their franchise tender on Scobee in March and the sides had until Monday afternoon to reach an agreement.
The franchise tag for kickers was estimated to pay Scobee around $2.6 million in 2012, but it didn't offer as much security as a long-term contract.
