Titans wide receivers coach Rod Graves has left the team to take the same position with the Panthers, according to a report.
With Graves leaving after four seasons in Tennessee, five coaches have either been fired or departed since the end of the season.

Titans To Interview Munchak On Monday
The Titans will begin interview on Monday with offensive line coach Mike Munchak as they search for a new head coach.
Tennessee owner Bud Adams wants to name a replacement for Jeff Fisher by the end of the week.
"I'm looking to be in the playoffs next year," Adams said Sunday. "We want a coach that's going to get us into the Super Bowl."
Titans Want To Trade Young
The Titans would prefer to trade Vince Young rather than release him, according to league sources.
Young is due a $4.25 million roster bonus 10 days after the start of the league year, whenever there's a new collective bargaining agreement.
It originally had been thought Young was due the bonus March 10.
The Titans can release Young starting Feb. 7, but they do not have plans to do that now.
Pacman: Firing Fisher Was 'Dumbest Move Ever'
Adam "Pacman" Jones, who spent time with the Titans and Jeff Fisher, was shocked to hear that the coach was let go.
"I have no idea why they [fired him]," Jones said. "It's gotta be the dumbest move ever. But that's how they do things in Tennessee. It can be very weird down there. I still can't believe it. But you know, things happen. I guess they fired me."
Jones struggled with legal issues early in his career, but says Fisher was always there for him.
"He never turned his back on me," said Jones. "He came to my house several times. I could go to him and talk to him about anything. And I did. I got to a point in Tennessee where I ran out of options on my own and I turned to him. Coach Fisher was a great person. Great about caring, great about calling. Can't get any better than him."
Titans Will Still Cut Or Trade Young
Despite the departure of coach Jeff Fisher, the Titans still plan to either cut or trade quarterback Vince Young.
Some assumed the absence of Fisher would led to Tennessee keeping Young as it was assumed to be coach vs. quarterback heading into the offseason.
Titans general manager Mike Reinfeldt said he plans to stick with the previously announced intention regarding Young.
"I think our Vince Young decision is the same," Reinfeldt said. "We're going to go in a different direction, and at some point we'll either try to trade or release Vince."
Chris Johnson Shocked By Fisher's Departure
Chris Johnson was stunned by coach Jeff Fisher's departure from the Titans.
"It was a surprise," the running back said Friday after Pro Bowl practice . "I thought it was going to be the quarterback (Vince Young) or the head coach and it was actually both of them.
"So I guess we're kind of in the rebuilding process."
Johnson is nervous about the Titans taking a step backwards.
"To be honest, it's crazy. I feel like I'm not ready for a rebuilding process. I'm ready to play in the playoffs, in the postseason," he said. "I want to win a Super Bowl and things like that, but at the end day, I love where I'm at right now. I love Tennessee.
"I love my fans, so I'm willing to take on whatever and put the team on my back and try to get us there."
Munchak, Gregg Williams Candidates For Titans' Job
With Jeff Fisher gone, the Titans must begin looking for a new head coach somewhat late in the typical coaching carousel season.
Titans offensive line coach Mike Munchak has become a strong internal candidate to replace him, with Saints defensive coordinator Gregg Williams a strong outside candidate, the sources said.
Titans' Caution On Nepotism Led To Fisher's Departure
Jeff Fisher's departure of head coach of the Titans was hastened by a series of events, none more significant than the team's refusal to hire his son, Brandon, according to league sources.
Fisher worked out an agreement with Titans owner Bud Adams this week whereby he will receive $8 million in severance to leave the organization.
Two years ago, the Titans were pursuing Williams to be their defensive coordinator, but Williams wanted to work with his son, Blake, and the club would not allow it. Williams, who spent the bulk of career working on Fisher's staff, ultimately took less money to work with his son, who is earning a strong reputation around the league, in New Orleans.
Titans, Jeff Fisher Part Ways

They issued a press release on Thursday night stating that Fisher will no longer be the head coach of the team.
A press conference will be called either late Thursday or Friday morning.
Titans Won't Switch To 3-4 Defense
Despite rumored interest in former Browns and Jets coach Eric Mangini as their new defensive coordinator, the Titans will not switch to a 3-4 defensive scheme.
Over the years, Tennessee has drafted and signed personnel to fit a 4?3 defense and with head coach Jeff Fisher in the final year of his contract it's highly unlikely that he'll overhaul the team's philosophies.
