Titans CB L'Jarius Sneed Says He's 'Never Had Two Elite' WRs

Apr 8, 2024 8:50 AM

L'Jarius Sneed is excited to learn from DeAndre Hopkins and Calvin Ridley with the Tennessee Titans this season.

Sneed landed with the Titans in a trade from the Kansas City Chiefs earlier this offseason.

"To get out there and work with them elite wide receivers, I never had two elite guys like them, going up against them every day," Sneed said. "I had great players, but them two guys, household names, they stick out. I can't wait to get to work with those guys. I know they're gonna make me better in practice, and I can't wait to pick both of their brains on how to get better. What they see. What my weakness is from their eyes and not from other guys I've been playing with for four years. I want new guys looking from the outside in."

Derrick Henry: Joining Cowboys Would Have Been 'Perfect Situation'

Apr 3, 2024 10:21 AM

Derrick Henry is one of the newest members of the Baltimore Ravens, but the running back had his sights set on signing with another team in free agency.

Henry, who resides in Dallas, admitted that it could have been an ideal situation for him to sign with the Cowboys.

The Cowboys never showed interest, leading the running back to remain in the AFC with the Ravens.

"I knew once free agency started that I wanted to work something out [with the Ravens] if we could," Henry said recently on The Pivot podcast.

"Even though I'm living in Dallas and Dallas being a perfect situation, as well, because we lived there, we ain't got to move. But at the same time, Ravens, the history of it, and then talking to Ray (Lewis) at the Pro Bowl, his passion about the organization, his impact there and how he talked about it. I was like, man, if I'm not in Tennessee or I don't get to go to Dallas, I'd love to be a Raven."
