The Chargers are opposed to trading wide receiver Vincent Jackson, but should they decide to the Redskins and Seahawks are interested.
Jackson has yet to sign his one-year restricted free-agent tender and reportedly doesn't intend to do so any time soon, threatening a holdout that could last well into the regular season.

Jets, Seahawks, Raiders Also Had Interest In Owens
After Terrell Owens agreed to terms with the Bengals on Tuesday, the name's of his other suitors emerged.
Aside from Cincinnati and St. Louis, the Jets, Raiders and Seahawks had interest in the free-agent wide receiver.
The seriousness of each team's interest isn't known.
Carroll Shoots Down Owens To Seattle Rumors
Pete Carroll shot down a rumor that Seattle is interested in Terrell Owens during an interview Monday with 710 AM in Seattle.
"He's just not the right guy for us at this time," Carroll said. "I like him and all that, but we're going to continue to work with the guys we got and (go) in a different direction than that."
Ellison Pleads Not Guilty To Drug Charge
Seahawks safety Kevin Ellison has a court date of Oct. 5 after pleading not guilty to drug possession in Southern California.
Ellison was released by the Chargers after he was pulled over for speeding by police in Redondo Beach May 24.
Seattle's Leroy Hill Suspended One Game
The NFL has suspended Seahawks linebacker Leroy Hill one game for violating the league's substance abuse policy.
Hill will miss Seattle's season opener against San Francisco on Sept. 12.
The suspension stems from Hill's arrested in January 2009 in Georgia for misdemeanor marijuana possession.
McCloughan Has Gotten Life Back
Scot McCloughan is no longer with the 49ers, but he has gotten his life back by reducing his workload.
He is now working for the Seahawks.

Seattle's Ganther Released After Arrest
Seahawks running back Quinton Ganther has been released from Sacramento County Jail following a Saturday morning arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence.
Ganther has a court appearance scheduled for Wednesday, according to The Seattle Times.
