Patrick Kerney isn't going to consider retirement just yet.
There were rumors that Kerney could call it quits after 11 seasons. The last two campaigns have been marred by injuries after he recorded a career-high 14.5 sacks in 2007.
"I've got a couple good ones left in me," Kerney said in a text message to NFL.com. "Gonna be in sick shape."
Kerney said his surgically repaired elbow has healed and that he has started offseason workouts.
