Robert Quinn has agreed upon a four-year contract extension with the St. Louis Rams worth $66.575 million.

Quinn will receive $41.2 million in guaranteed money.

Quinn finished second in the NFL with 19 sacks last season and has emerged as one of the league's top pass rushers since being drafted in the first round in 2011.

Chris Long will miss eight to 10 weeks after undergoing ankle surgery.

Long is one of the NFL's most productive defensive ends.

The Rams will consider using the IR-return designation on Long.
