"Whether it's Tim Tebow, whether they'll have a shot at him when draft time comes ... you have to look at the top three quarterbacks in the draft, really study them. Marty Schottenheimer has taken himself out of the running to be the next head coach of the Bills. Schottenheimer played linebacker for Buffalo from 1965-1968. The Bills targeted Jon Gruden as their newest coach, sources told News 4 Sports in Buffalo. A highly influential team source confirms that the Bills did have conversations with someone close to Gruden. Gruden declined the interest, citing his happiness with ESPN as an analyst for Monday Night Football.
