The Tennessee Titans have agreed to a one-year deal with Josh Reynolds.

The 26-year-old wide receiver figures to start opposite A.J. Brown following the departure of Corey Davis in free agency.

Reynolds is coming off a career-best season with 52 receptions for 618 yards and two touchdowns.

The Tennessee Titans have agreed to sign Bud Dupree to a five-year deal worth a maximum of $85 million, according to a source.

Dupree will earn $35 million in guaranteed money.

The edge rusher played under the franchise tag with the Pittsburgh Steelers last season before suffering a torn ACL. He had eight sacks in 11 games before the injury.

The New York Jets have agreed to terms on a three-year, $37.5 million deal with Corey Davis, according to a source.

The agreement includes $27 million in guaranteed money.

The fifth overall pick in 2017, Davis had 60 catches for 945 yards and five touchdowns over 12 games in 2020.

The New England Patriots have agreed to sign Jonnu Smith to a four-year, $50 million deal with $31.25 million fully guaranteed. 

Smith took advantage of being the Titans' primary tight end last season by scoring a career-best eight touchdowns, second most on the team. He also had 41 receptions for 448 yards.

Smith got off to a hot start and scored five touchdowns over the first four games, but he was slowed by an ankle injury in October.

The Tennessee Titans have released Malcolm Butler.

Butler would have held a $14.2 million cap number for the upcoming season. Releasing Butler clears $10.2 million in cap space.

Butler signed a five-year, $61,250,000 contract with the Titans in 2018 after spending four seasons with the New England Patriots.

Butler was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2015 and was named a second-team All-Pro in 2016.

The Tennessee Titans have agreed to trade Isaiah Wilson to the Miami Dolphins, according to sources.

The offensive lineman was Tennessee's first-round pick last year.

Tennessee will send a 2022 seventh-round pick and Wilson to Miami for a 2021 seventh-rounder to complete the deal.

The Houston Texans have signed center Justin Britt to a one-year deal worth up to $5 million, according to a source.

Britt didn't play in 2020 after the Seattle Seahawks released him in April.

The 29-year-old was a second-round pick in 2014. He tore his ACL in October 2019, but before that injury he had missed only one game in his first five seasons.
