Titans' A.J. Brown Has Surgery On Both Knees

Jan 20, 2021 8:55 AM

A.J. Brown had surgery on both of his knees on Tuesday, according to a source.

The Tennessee Titans wide receiver posted a video on social media after the procedure was finished.

Brown tweaked his left knee during training camp, which led to him missing some time on the field, but he was ready for the start of the season. The more serious injury, to his right knee, occurred in Week 1.

Despite dealing with the injuries, Brown was on the field for 70.9% of the Titans' offensive plays. He was named to the Pro Bowl.

Brown led the team in receptions (70), yards (1,075) and receiving touchdowns (11).

Lamar Jackson Wants To Erase 0-2 Playoff Narrative

Jan 7, 2021 2:02 PM

Lamar Jackson is determined to end all the talk that he can't win in the postseason.

The Baltimore Ravens will face the Tennessee Titans this weekend. Jackson is 0-2 in the playoffs. He's looking to avoid becoming just the second quarterback in the Super Bowl era to lose a playoff opener in his first three seasons.

"Definitely trying to erase that narrative right there," Jackson said. "That's the No. 1 [goal] right there on my mind."

Jackson has dominated in the regular season, going 30-7 (.810). He reached 30 victories faster than any quarterback in NFL history, and he has the most wins in the league since taking over as Baltimore's starter midway through the 2018 season.

The last running back to surpass 2,000 yards was Adrian Peterson (2012).

Henry entered Week 17 needing 223 rushing yards to reach the mark. The former second-round pick has rushed for more than 200 yards in a game four times in his career.
