Derrick Henry ran for a 76-yard touchdown in the Tennessee Titans' 34-31 win over the Buffalo Bills on Monday night.

Henry reached 21.8 mph on the first-quarter run, according to the NFL's Next Gen Stats.

That is currently the fastest an NFL player has run on the field this season.

Before Henry's run, that honor belonged to Henry Ruggs, who hit a top speed of 21.78 mph on a 51-yard catch in Week 4.

Derrick Henry is on pace to break two major NFL records through four weeks.

So far this season Henry has 113 carries for 510 yards and 14 catches for 125 yards, which gives him 127 touches and 635 yards from scrimmage this season for the Tennessee Titans.

With some help from the new 17-game season, that puts Henry on record pace in four statistical categories: carries, rushing yards, touches and yards from scrimmage.

The Tennessee Titans will be without A.J. Brown and Julio Jones for their Week 4 game against the New York Jets.

Both Brown and Jones suffered hamstring injuries last week.

Second-year wideout Nick Westbrook-Ikhine will be leaned upon to step in for the injured Brown and Jones.
