The Tennessee Titans have traded Jurrell Casey to the Denver Broncos for a seventh round pick.

Casey is under contract through 2022 at a base value just over $12 million per year. The trade saves Tennessee just over $10 million against the salary cap.

The Las Vegas Raiders have agreed to sign Marcus Mariota. 

Mike Mayock had Mariota as the top-ranked quarterback on his NFL Network draft board in 2015. 

Mariota lost his job last season to Ryan Tannehill. 

The Raiders were looking for an upgrade at quarterback behind Derek Carr.

Jack Conklin has agreed to a three-year, $42 million deal with the Cleveland Browns.

The deal is fully guaranteed for $30 million and he will earn $20 million in Year 1.

Conklin wanted a shorter deal in order to reenter free agency at 28.

Conklin has become one of the NFL's best right tackles.

The Tennessee Titans have used their franchise tag on Derrick Henry.

Henry helped Tennessee reach the AFC Title Game this past season.

He rushed for 1,540 yards and 16 touchdowns in 2019.

The San Francisco 49ers won't pursue Tom Brady in free agency.

The 49ers have been linked with Brady in the media due to their status as Super Bowl contenders and the fact they're his hometown team.

Brady lost another possible team in the Tennessee Titans as they re-signed Ryan Tannehill.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are believed to be the most serious threat to sign Brady.

The Tennessee Titans and Ryan Tannehill have agreed to a four-year, $118 million deal.

The contract has $62 million in fully guaranteed money and $91 million in total guarantees.

The Titans had been linked with Tom Brady, but it was reported on Sunday that they were not interested in him and focused on re-signing Tannehill. 

The Tennessee Titans have released Dion Lewis and Cameron Wake.

The moves cleared up close to $10 million in salary cap space.

Lewis signed a four-year, $19.8 million contract in 2018 and was set to hold a $5.1 million cap number in 2020.

Wake signed a three-year, $23 million contract in 2019 and was set to hold a cap figure of $8.6 million in 2020.

Speculation of Tom Brady possibly ending up with the San Francisco 49ers this offseason has gained momentum.

“It’s either gonna be New England or Tennessee,” Curran said, “with the 49ers closing hard on the outside.”

Brady and the 49ers have mutual interest, which could lead to Jimmy Garoppolo being traded back to the Patriots.

“That would be the best-case scenario all the way around,” Curran said.

The long-term solution at quarterback for the 49ers becomes less certain if they acquire Brady with Kirk Cousins entering free agency in 2021. Cousins was the quarterback Kyle Shanahan though the 49ers would sign in 2018 until they traded for Garoppolo.
