The Las Vegas Raiders have agreed to sign Marcus Mariota. 

Mike Mayock had Mariota as the top-ranked quarterback on his NFL Network draft board in 2015. 

Mariota lost his job last season to Ryan Tannehill. 

The Raiders were looking for an upgrade at quarterback behind Derek Carr.
