The Buffalo Bills and Josh McCown are in contract talks.

The negotiations began after the 35-year-old spent the previous two days visiting the Cleveland Browns.

McCown has also visited the Chicago Bears and New York Jets.

Kyle Orton finished the 2014 season as the Bills' starting quarterback, but he's decided to retire.

EJ Manuel is the only experienced quarterback on the Bills' roster.

Percy Harvin is unlikely to agree upon a restructured contract with the New York Jets.

Harvin was traded by the Seattle Seahawks to the Jets in the middle of the season.

Harvin could find a better situation and possibly more money if he's cut by the Jets.

The New York Jets have decided to part ways with Chris Johnson, declining Saturday to exercise a $500,000 option bonus.

The Jets signed Johnson last April to a two-year, $8 million contract, thinking he'd add a dynamic presence in their backfield, but he finished with career lows in rushing yards (663), carries (155) and receptions (24).

Johnson split time at running back with Chris Ivory.
