Jaguars Have No Plans To Relocate To London

Nov 6, 2019 10:45 PM

The Jacksonville Jaguars have no plans to relocate to London.

The Jaguars play an annual game in London, which would make them the most logical franchise to relocate there if the NFL decided to make a permanent move.

“Personally, in my humble opinion, I don’t think it’s anywhere near close to that,” Shad Khan told Rich Eisen of the NFL. “We don’t want to have more games than there’s really organic demand for.”

Support in Jacksonville for the Jaguars has been tepid historically.

“Well, I think no, there are no plans for us to move the team to London,” Khan said.

The Los Angeles Chargers have been linked to a possible move to London this week, which their ownership denied vehemently

Nick Foles Will Start Over Gardner Minshew For Jaguars

Nov 6, 2019 11:55 AM

The Jacksonville Jaguars will start Nick Foles over Gardner Minshew after this week's bye.

The team returns to action on Nov. 17 against the Indianapolis Colts.

Minshew has started the past eight games while Foles was recovering from a broken collarbone sustained in the season opener.

"For me, it was looking back at all the work we put in [designing the offense with Foles in mind]," Doug Marrone said. "I just go back to the experience and what he's going to be able to do. I think that's going to give us the ability [and] a better chance of winning right now."
