The Buffalo Bills have signed Terrelle Pryor as they seek offensive playmakers.

Derek Anderson, starting in place of injured rookie Josh Allen, is in the concussion protocol, which will likely force Nathan Peterman under center this weekend.

The Bills signed Pryor as a wide receiver, but there has been speculation that he could get a look at quarterback.

Peyton Manning will join Kobe Bryant's show "Detail" as the program expands into NFL analysis this fall.

Manning will host, write and share insights for the football version of "Detail," which will be edited by NFL Films. The eight-episode series will also appear exclusively on ESPN+.

"I've always enjoyed talking football with coaches, players and passionate fans, and that's at the core of this show," Manning said in a statement. "I'm honored to help expand Kobe's Detail to a football audience."

The first episode will be on Josh Rosen's start on Oct. 14.

Sean McDermott did nothing to dismiss a report on Wednesday that the Philadelphia Eagles are interested in trading for LeSean McCoy, who they traded to the Buffalo Bills before the 2015 season.

"LeSean is one of our better players," McDermott said. "I thought he had a good game [in Sunday's 13-12 win over the Tennessee Titans]. Really, we're just looking forward to playing the Houston Texans [this Sunday].

"We get calls all the time. Incoming calls happen all the time. [General manager] Brandon [Beane] and I talk a lot. I won't go into any more detail than that. Really, again, this is a big week for us. Another opportunity to get better. Another opportunity for us to develop as a football team against a very good opponent, in particular down there in a tough place to play."

The Eagles placed Jay Ajayi on injured reserve with a torn ACL earlier this week.

Asked specifically Wednesday if the Eagles had contacted Buffalo, McDermott said, "I'm not gonna go into any more detail than I said."

The Philadelphia Eagles have reached out to the Buffalo Bills about the availability of LeSean McCoy.

McCoy spent his first six seasons with the Eagles before he was traded by Chip Kelly.

The Eagles lost Jay Ajayi to a torn ACL in Week 5.

McCoy has two seasons remaining on his deal.
