But it was going to be tough each week," Holmgren said of those days when he was a high school coach. "That's a little bit of an exaggeration, but that's the last time, it really is the last time [he's faced this]. I can't think in professional football. It's different."

Deion Branch will start for the Seahawks on Sunday against the Giants, eight months after he had reconstructive knee surgery, according to an Associated Press report on Friday. Coach Mike Holmgren said Branch and Bobby Engram passed their tests of three consecutive practices this week. Both receivers will make their season debut at New York.
