Peter Warrick, a former first-round pick of the NFL?s Bengals, signed with the CFL?s Montreal Alouettes on Tuesday, as reported by the Canadian Press.
Warrick was selected fourth overall by Cincinnati in the 2000 NFL draft. He played five seasons with the Bengals before joining the Seahawks in 2005 and helped the team reach the Super Bowl before losing to the Steelers.
Warrick was released by Seattle on Sept. 2, 2006.

Seahawks Sign AFL WR Gessner To 2-Year Deal
The Seahawks have agreed to a two-year deal with AFL wide receiver Chas Gessner, according to The Seattle Times.
Gessner was placed on the exempt list by the Orlando Predators of the AFL this week so that he could sign with Seattle.
The Seahawks released center Chris White to make room for Gessner on the roster.
Seahawks LB Tatupu Arrested For Drunken Driving
Seattle linebacker Lofa Tatupu was arrested early Saturday morning under the suspicion of drunken driving, according to The Associated Press.
"I want to apologize to my family, teammates, the Seahawks' ownership and organization, and the fans for making a poor decision and putting myself in a bad situation," Tatupu said in a statement released by the team Tuesday.
His blood-alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit in Washington, even though the tests were administered nearly 90 minutes after police arrested him.
"I take seriously my role as a leader on this team, and in the community, and because of that I'm disappointed and embarrassed by the level of poor judgment I used last weekend," the Pro Bowler added.
Unhappy With Contract, Engram Holds Out
Seattle receiver Bobby Engram is unhappy with his contract and has decided to hold out, according to the New Tribune.
He skipped Monday's voluntary veteran mini-camp because of his unhappiness. He was the team's most productive receiver last season but is just the third-highest paid pass-catcher on the roster.
He is entering the final year of his contract and is owed $1.7 million this season.

Seahawks? Tubbs Undergoes Knee Surgery
Seattle defensive tackle Marcus Tubbs had arthroscopic knee surgery recently and will not be able to play until the regular season, according to a report in the News Tribune.
"It was not a big deal," Coach Mike Holmgren told a local radio station.
"We have to see how it goes with him. If there is a chance I can have him (for the long term by holding him out of training camp) then that is how we will handle it."
