Tyler Eifert Agrees To Two-Year Deal With Jaguars

The Jacksonville Jaguars have agreed to a two-year deal with Tyler Eifert.

Eifert will reunite with Jay Gruden, who was offensive coordinator previously with the Cincinnati Bengals.

The Jaguars also targeted an upgrade at tight end in the past when they signed Julius Thomas (2016) and Austin Seferian-Jenkins (2018).

Eifert caught 43 of 63 targets for 436 yards and three touchdowns last season.

The Jacksonville Jaguars have agreed to trade Nick Foles to the Chicago Bears for the No. 140 overall pick in the draft.

Foles has restricted his contract with the Bears. Foles has three seasons and $21 million guaranteed remaining on his deal, but he can now void the deal after either of the first two years depending on the upside of his performance.

Jacksonville will absorb $18.75 million in dead money in 2020.

The Jacksonville Jaguars have traded Calais Campbell to the Baltimore Ravens for a fifth round pick.

Campbell is due to make $15 million with a salary-cap figure of $17.5 million in the final year of the four-year, $60 million contract he signed in March 2017.

"I think that the Ravens had a special season last year," Campbell told ESPN's Josina Anderson. "I feel like I can add some value in a couple places. I feel like this is a team where everyone has bought in. The goal next season is to get a championship. I'm still chasing a ring."

Jaguars Trade A.J. Bouye To Broncos For 4th Round Pick

The Jacksonville Jaguars have agreed to trade A.J. Bouye to the Denver Broncos for a fourth round pick.

"I'm on the way to get my kids, [and] I get a phone call from Caldwell, saying he appreciates everything I did for the team," Bouye told ESPN's Josina Anderson. "Then Elway calls me, saying, 'Welcome to Denver.' Now everyone is calling. I'm just finding out. I want to thank Jacksonville."

Bouye was one of the key members of a 2017 free-agent class for the Jaguars that was regarded as the one of the best in franchise history. He is due to make $13 million and count $15.5 million against the salary cap in 2020.

The Jacksonville Jaguars will use the franchise tag on Yannick Ngakoue.

The tag for defensive ends carries an approximate salary of $19.3 million.

Ngakoue tweeted Monday morning that his time in Jacksonville is over.

Ngakoue wanted a new deal before the 2019 season. The Jaguars reportedly offered a deal that averaged $19 million annually while Ngakoue's camp was seeking something similar to the $22 million that quarterback Nick Foles signed for.
