The Jacksonville Jaguars have fired Dave Caldwell as general manager after the team's 10th straight loss.

The Jaguars have now lost at least 10 games in three straight seasons after reaching the AFC Championship Game in 2017.

"I've met with Dave Caldwell to express my appreciation for his service to the Jacksonville Jaguars as our general manager," owner Shad Khan said in a statement. "Dave was exceptionally committed and determined to bring a winner to Jacksonville, but unfortunately his efforts were not rewarded with the results our fans deserve and our organization expects. Our football operation needs new leadership, and we will have it with a new general manager in 2021."

The Jacksonville Jaguars will start Mike Glennon at quarterback in Week 12 as they try to stop a nine-game losing streak.

Glennon hasn't started since Sept. 28, 2017.

Gardner Minshew started the first seven games of the season but had missed the past three with a thumb injury.

The New York Jets remain the favorites to end up with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2021 NFL draft with the opportunity to select Trevor Lawrence.

The Jacksonville Jaguars, New York Giants, Dallas Cowboys and Washington Football Team round out the top-5.
