Jerry Jeudy was arrested Thursday by the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Department and was charged with second-degree criminal tampering with a domestic violence enhancer, a misdemeanor.

The Denver Broncos wide receiver is being held without bond until he can appear before a judge in Arapahoe County Court at 8:30 a.m. Friday.

Arapahoe County Sheriff Tyler Brown said in a Thursday afternoon news briefing that no physical contact was made in the dispute between Jeudy and the mother of his 1-month-old daughter.

"It solely involved property, and there was no damage to property," Brown said.

Eleven quarterbacks have started for the Denver Broncos since Peyton Manning was under center for Super Bowl 50.

This offseason the Broncos acquired Russell Wilson in a massive trade with the Seattle Seahawks.

"We're excited that he's in town, there's no question. He's kind of the piece that we needed," John Elway said.

The Los Angeles Rams will host the Denver Broncos on Christmas Day, the NFL has revealed.

The Week 16 game will air at 4:30 p.m. ET. It will be the second game of a Christmas tripleheader that was announced by the NFL last month.

It will be the third straight year the NFL has played on Christmas.
