The Chicago Bears led off the 2024 NFL Draft by selecting Caleb Williams out of USC as expected with the Washington Commanders taking Jayden Daniels at No. 2 and the New England Patriots also taking a quarterback at No. 3 in Drake Maye.

There were a NFL draft record 23 offensive players selected in the first round:

The Denver Broncos have acquired Zach Wilson from the New York Jets. The Broncos will also swap pick No. 203 with the Jets for No. 256.

Wilson was the second overall pick in the 2021 NFL draft out of BYU.

Denver also has Jarrett Stidham and Ben DiNucci at quarterback.

A number of teams have inquired about him, but the Denver Broncos have no interest in trading Courtland Sutton, according to a report.

Sutton is not attending the team's voluntary offseason program as he seeks a new contract.

Sutton, 28, has two years left on his current contract. He was the 40th overall pick in the 2018 draft.
