The Browns have agreed to terms with cornerback Joe Haden.
Haden's deal is worth $50 million over five years, with $26 million guaranteed, a league source told NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora.
He also will receive a $12 million signing bonus paid in 2010.

The Browns have signed rookie running back Montario Hardesty to a multiyear contract.
Cleveland announced the signing Monday.
Hardesty was a second-round draft pick acquired from Philadelphia for a third-rounder and two fifth-round selections.
Browns Come To Terms With McCoy
A person familiar with the agreement says the Browns have come to terms on a multiyear deal with rookie QB Colt McCoy.
McCoy is expected to report with Cleveland?s other first-year players to training camp on Friday, said the person who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the team has not yet announced McCoy?s agreement.

Bentley Sues Browns Over Infection
Former NFL player LeCharles Bentley has filed a lawsuit against the Browns for a staph infection he got at a team facility.
Bentley's attorney, Shannon Polk, says his client "nearly died" as a result of the staph infection he got at the facility while rehabbing a knee injury.
Bentley is the second former Browns player to sue the Browns over a staph infection. Last month, Joe Jurevicius settled a lawsuit he filed against the team.
