Ohio Lockdown May Force Browns To Move MNF Game

Dec 10, 2020 8:55 AM

The Cleveland Browns are set to host the Baltimore Ravens on Monday Night Football this week, but state protocols may come into play.

Citizens of Ohio are supposed to remain in their homes from 10 pm until 5 am under COVID-19 lockdown protocols. Monday Night Football games typically end close to 11:30 pm or midnight.

Workers on the clock during those hours are exempt from 10 pm curfew. The Browns aren't sure if that includes their players.

Browns Secure First Winning Season In 13 Years

Dec 7, 2020 8:43 AM

The Cleveland Browns defeated the Tennessee Titans 41-35 to move to 9-3, clinching their first winning season in 13 years.

Since rejoining the NFL in 1999, the Browns have posted only two winning seasons, with the other coming in 2002, the last time they made the playoffs.

The Browns haven't been 9-3 since 1994, when they finished the regular season 11-5 and advanced to the second round of the playoffs. The following season then-owner Art Modell relocated the franchise to Baltimore and renamed it the Ravens.
