The Chicago Bears have announced Nick Foles will start Week 4 against the Indianapolis Colts.

Gale Sayers has passed away at the age of 77 after living with dementia.
Sayers was voted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1977 at the age of 34 after seven seasons with the Chicago Bears.
"All those who love the game of football mourn the loss of one of the greatest to ever play this game with the passing of Chicago Bears legend Gale Sayers," Hall of Fame president and CEO David Baker said in a statement. "He was the very essence of a team player -- quiet, unassuming and always ready to compliment a teammate for a key block. Gale was an extraordinary man who overcame a great deal of adversity during his NFL career and life."
Sayers was a five-time All-Pro who averaged 5 yards per carry for his career and twice led the league in rushing, including in 1969 (1,032 yards) after having torn the ACL and MCL in his right knee late in the previous season.
The Chicago Bears gave Tarik Cohen a contract extension over the weekend, but Allen Robinson's future with the team remains in question.
Cohen received a new three-year worth up to $18.25 million.
"Regardless of whether I got mine or not, it's definitely time for [Robinson] to get his," Cohen said. "I even left some money on the plate. I took less so he could get more, so to say. I would definitely love to see my boy get extended. It means a lot to the team."
Cohen and other teammates have been at the forefront of pressuring Bears' management to lock down Robinson.
Allen Robinson spoke to reporters on Wednesday and downplayed rumors that he wants to be traded by the Chicago Bears amid his displeasure with his contract.
It was reported on Tuesday that Robinson wanted to be traded, but agent Brandon Parker said later in the day that no request was made to the Bears. However, Parker admitted that his client is "unhappy that Chicago has been unwilling to pay him market value for wide receivers."
Robinson has met with Ryan Pace and Matt Nagy and said that they are "in the clear" in terms of Robinson finishing the season in Chicago. He added that "my heart and spirit has never wavered" about wanting to be in Chicago for the long haul.
The 27-year-old has a base salary of $10.9 million this season, the final year of his contract.
Allen Robinson has removed all references to the Chicago Bears as he grows frustrated with the state of contract extension talks.
Robinson has not made a trade request as of now.
"He feels like he's been disrespected," said Tom Pelissero. "And the Bears offers, to this point, have not reflected his fair market value."
The Bears have a history of signing their core players to extensions.
The San Francisco 49ers and New Orleans Saints are the favorites to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl.
The 49ers' odds are at +500 while the Saints are at +550. The implied odds of the 49ers winning the conference are at 16.7 percent.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+600), Dallas Cowboys (+650) and Seattle Seahawks (+750) round out the top-5.
Washington has the longest odds at +10,000.
The Chicago Bears will name Mitchell Trubisky as their starting quarterback.
Matt Nagy had insinuated last weekend that he would refrain from picking between Trubisky and Nick Foles until the Bears opened the regular season on Sept. 13, but he backtracked on Monday, instead suggesting he would make a decision early next week.
Matt Nagy took some steps backward on Monday and clarified that he plans to name a starting quarterback sometime early next week.
Nagy hinted over the weekend that he wouldn't name a starter until the Chicago Bears opened the regular season at the Detroit Lions on Sept. 13.
Nick Foles and Mitch Trubisky are Chicago's options.
"I guess I misinterpreted what I meant by that," Nagy said. "What I meant by that, to keep it real simple, was that there was not going to be a quarterback named this week that we're in right now, up until that first week. So I apologize if I made that gray. But there will be no waiting until the middle of the week or the end of the week for that to happen. That wouldn't be fair to our team and it wouldn't be fair to the quarterbacks."
