Jonathan Ogden plans to decide whether or not he will retire before late April's NFL Draft, according to the Baltimore Sun.
"If I can't play football the way I'm used to [playing], then I'm not going to [return]," Ogden said Sunday. "If I think I can, I want to give it a shot."
He won't be able to participate in the Ravens' early minicamps because of a lingering toe injury and remains undecided on his future in the NFL.
"If I had to make a decision today, I probably would say I would retire," Ogden said. "That's why I'm not making it right now. I want to feel good. Last year, I was injured the entire season, and it [stunk]. I don't want to go through that again."

Suggs Files Grievance Over Position
Terrell Suggs has filed a grievance with the Ravens as to which position he should be designated, according to the Baltimore Sun.
Baltimore placed the franchise tag on Suggs and have referred to him as a linebacker, which would pay him $8.06 million next season.
Suggs thinks he should be considered a defensive end, which would pay him $8.8 million in 2008.
