The Cardinals have agreed to a two-year deal with William Gay. Gay spent the previous four seasons with the Steelers, who selected him in the fifth round of the 2007 draft.

The Cardinals have agreed to a two-year contract with kicker Jay Feely. Arizona has also re-signed offensive lineman D'Anthony Batiste to a one-year deal. Two days after the Cardinals released him, Levi Brown agreed to a five-year deal with Arizona, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. Before being cut Tuesday to clear salary-cap space, Brown was set to count $17M against the 2012 cap.

The quarterback will meet with Tennessee on Wednesday and a decision could come soon, writes The Denver Post. The Texans and 49ers are no longer candidates to sign Manning. Another source claimed that Manning has trimmed his list to just two clubs -- Denver and Tennessee.

The Cardinals will release offensive tackle Levi Brown, according to a league source. Brown carries a $17 million cap hit for 2012. Arizona selected him with the No. 5 overall pick in the 2007 draft, ahead of running back Adrian Peterson.
