Cardinals general manager Rod Graves says the team is not currently talking to free-agent quarterback Marc Bulger.
"We are not actively engaged in discussion with Marc Bulger," Graves said Friday. "If he is interested, we're appreciative, but right now, we're focused on the guys that we have here. Matt [Leinart] has done a great job so far, but so has Derek Anderson and our young guys (rookies Max Hall and John Skelton).
"I've learned to never say never. Who knows what may happen? (Coach) Ken (Whisenhunt) hasn't made any final decisions on who will be the starter at quarterback. Right now, we're not looking outside of our group. That's not our focus."

Russell On Radar In Arizona?
It's possible that the Cardinals could be a landing spot for former first overall pick JaMarcus Russell.
Pro Football Talk writes that the quarterback is represented by Ethan Lock, who is a long-time partner of Eric Metz, who represents Arizona coach Ken Whisenhunt.
The connection isn't a lock, but the Cardinals are rumored to be unhappy with their stable of quarterbacks.
Cardinals May Still Make Run At Bulger
The Cardinals could still try to sign free-agent quarterback Marc Bulger as reports indicate that they aren't impressed with the work done by Matt Leinart and Derek Anderson this offseason.
If Leinart and Anderson don't turn a corner, Arizona coach Ken Whisenhunt could make a play for Bulger.
Leinart Believes It Is Too Early To Be Judged
Matt Leinart has spent his first four NFL seasons traveling from backup to starter and back again.
Several factors make this a pivotal season for Leinart. He turned 27 on Tuesday. It's his fifth year, and in 2011 his salary increases by $5 million, and he could earn a $5 million roster bonus.
If Leinart proves himself this season, the Cardinals likely would want to restructure his contract. If Leinart fails, he would not return, at least not at that pay grade.
"People can say what they want about me, but I still haven't really proved anything yet," he said. "I haven't been out there, so I don't think you can make a fair judgment."
This is not the career path Leinart envisioned when he was at USC.
"It's not what I wanted, but at the same time, I got to learn from a great quarterback for a long time," Leinart said. "Kurt is a Hall of Fame guy. I feel like I've learned so much, and I'm more prepared and ready."
Bulger On Radar In Chicago, Arizona
The Rams released quarterback Marc Bulger a little more than a month ago, but he remains unsigned.
Chicago general manager Jerry Angelo has said that the team is still interested in signing a veteran to backup starter Jay Cutler.
Sources have told the Globe-Democrat that the Cardinals are also interested in Bulger as well.
Bulger Intrigues Cardinals
The Cardinals are intrigued by free-agent quarterback Marc Bugler.
Arizona heads into the season with Matt Leinart as their starting quarterback after Kurt Warner opted for retirement.
The Cardinals have Derek Anderson and rookies John Skelton and Max Hall behind Leinart.
Kent Somers of the Arizona Republic writes that it may be getting too late for the Cardinals to add Warner.
