Redskins DE Phillip Daniels suffered an injury Sunday to his anterior cruciate knee ligament that could lead to Jason Taylor coming to Washington, according to an ESPN.com report on Sunday.
Daniels hurt the knee during the team's first practice. He tried to jump over a teammate and came down on his knee. Daniels had to be carted off the field. Preliminary reports from the initial MRI indicated damage to the ACL and possibly more, according to a source.

Davis was the 48th overall choice in the draft.

The Redskins have signed wide receiver Malcolm Kelly to a four-year, $3.36 million contract, according to ESPN.com.
Kelly, a second-rounder from this June's draft, received $1.655 million in guarantees.
