Jaguars general manager Gene Smith Smith stresses bringing in high character players who are locker room leaders. "He's a good player," Smith said of Kerrigan. "He's certainly got a lot of things you look for in an every-down player. He's one of a number of defensive linemen that have a chance to go in the first round. It's going to be heavy in the first round."
