The Jaguars, who have the No. 16 pick, will likely consider Purdue defensive end Ryan Kerrigan. Jacksonville's first two picks last year, Tyson Alualu and D'Anthony Smith, were both team captains. Jaguars general manager Gene Smith Smith stresses bringing in high character players who are locker room leaders. "He's a good player," Smith said of Kerrigan. "He's certainly got a lot of things you look for in an every-down player. He's one of a number of defensive linemen that have a chance to go in the first round. It's going to be heavy in the first round."
