Tom Condon, the agent for quarterback Byron Leftwich, said Wednesday he plans to meet with Jaguars coach Jack Del Rio sometime before the new NFL calendar year starts in March to discuss the quarterback's future.
"I'm going to have a conversation with the Jaguars at some point to see what they're thinking about," Condon said.
Condon declined to say whether Leftwich is open to staying with the Jaguars or whether he'll request a trade.
"It doesn't do me any good to speculate or talk about that kind of stuff," Condon said. "I have to gather the facts before I say anything or do anything."
