The Bengals have signed tight end Ben Utecht to an offer sheet, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. The Colts still have time to match the offer for the restricted free-agent. Terms of the offer sheet were not disclosed, but Indianapolis will have roughly one week to decide whether or not to match the contract.
