Agent Believes Bills, Jackson Will Reach Long-Term Deal

Bills general manager Buddy Nix says he wants to work out a contract extension for Fred Jackson and the running back's agent believes him. "Buddy Nix has been honest and consistent with us all along," agent Ron Raccuia told WGR-AM. "I'm confident talks will get started in the next couple of months."

After a late-season pickup in 2011, Tashard Choice has decided to re-sign with the Bills. Choice had 23 carries for 70 yards, while adding seven catches for 51 yards in six games with Buffalo. The Bills claimed him off waivers on Nov. 23 after starter Fred Jackson broke his right leg.
