NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has dismissed fears that the Bills will move from Buffalo to Toronto, according to The Associated Press.
"I don't accept that," Goodell said Friday. "The Buffalo Bills are doing terrific. I think their step to Toronto has helped strengthen that. And I see the Buffalo Bills being in western New York for a long time."
The Bills will become the first NFL team to play an annual regular season game outside of the United States.

Bills' Lynch Fined, License Revoked In Hit-And-Run
Bills running back Marshawn Lynch had has driver's license revoked in court on Friday after saying he didn't know he hit someone last month, according to The Associated Press.
Judge Thomas Gagola found Lynch's behavior on May 31 "constituted a reckless disregard of human life or property."
Gagola imposed the maximum $100 fine and $50 surcharge after Lynch pleaded guilty to failure to exercise due care toward a pedestrian.
"It was raining real hard, there was a dancing pedestrian in the middle of the street," the 22-year-old Lynch said before the hearing. "I slowed down to let her go and continued on my way home. I didn't know my car had hit anyone or anything."
Bills Sign Lineman Butler To Extension
The Buffalo Bills have signed offensive lineman Brad Butler to a contract extension, according to The Associated Press.
Terms of the extension were not immediately available, but the deal is expected to provide a significant raise over the $445,000 base salary Butler was scheduled to make this season.
He was a fifth-round pick in 2006 out of Virginia.
District Attorney: Deal Reached With Bills' Lynch
Bills' running back Marshawn Lynch will plead guilty in a hit-and-run accident next week according to information The Associated Press received from Erie County district attorney Frank Clark.
Clark declined to give details but said the tentative plea agreement assumes Lynch was driving when his car hit a woman crossing a Buffalo intersection early May 31, leaving the victim with a bruised hip and in need of stitches.
John Rauch, Former Raiders, Bills Coach, Dies At 80
John Rauch, who coached the Oakland Raiders to a berth in the second Super Bowl, died Tuesday at his home in Oldsmar, Fla., as reported by the Associated Press.
Rauch?s wife Jane said Rauch, 80, died in his sleep, possibly due to a heart problem.
Rauch was 33-8-1 in three season as the Raiders' coach from 1966-68. He also served as head coach of the Buffalo Bills for two years and was an assistant coach with Philadelphia and Atlanta.
D.A. Clark: Bills' Lynch In Vehicle At Time Of Accident
Erie County District Attorney Frank Clark calls the Bills' Marshawn Lynch the ?principal suspect? in an alleged hit-and-run accident, saying the player was inside his vehicle when it struck and injured a pedestrian, according to an Associated Press report.
What?s unclear Clark said Thursday, is whether Lynch was driving the 2008 Porsche SUV when it struck a woman crossing an intersection before speeding off early Saturday.
SUV Owned By Bills' Lynch Involved In Hit-And-Run
Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident involving an SUV owned by Buffalo running back Marshawn Lynch, according to The Associated Press.
Buffalo police spokesman Mike DeGeorge said on Sunday that it's unclear whether Lynch was driving or even in the SUV when the accident occurred around 3:30 a.m. Saturday at an intersection near Buffalo's downtown bar district.
Lynch could not be reached for comment, and a message left with his agent Michael Sullivan was not immediately returned.
