Buffalo quarterback Trent Edwards won't play in Sunday night's preseason game against the Colts because of a bruise above his right kneecap, according to The Associated Press.
Edwards collided with running back Marshawn Lynch on Tuesday night and has not practiced since.
"It's making minimal progress," Edwards said.
J.P. Losman will start in Edwards' place.
