Leroy Hill has agreed to terms on a multi-year deal with the Seahawks, the team announced Thursday evening.
Hill became a free agent when the Seahawks took the franchise tag off his contact status last weekend after drafting rookie linebacker Aaron Curry in the first round.

Lucas Set To Re-Sign With Seahawks
Cornerback Ken Lucas will return to the Seahawks after agreeing to terms on a contract.
Lucas was drafted by Seattle in the second round of the 2001 NFL Draft, and played four seasons with the team before leaving for Carolina.
Seahawks Pull Tag Off LB Leroy Hill
After drafting linebacker Aaron Curry with the fourth overall pick, the Seahawks pulled their franchise tag off free agent Leroy Hill.
The move makes Hill a free agent, and the one-year, $8.3 million franchise offer has vanished.
Seattle's 37th Overall Pick Drawing More Interest Than 4th
While Seattle has received some interest in the fourth overall pick, the 37th overall pick has even more value according to some.
?I think there?s good value in 37,? Ruston Webster said. ?And we?ve got a chance to get a heck of a player at 37. People talk about four and being excited about four, but sometimes from a personnel man?s point of view you kind of know those guys up top are pretty good players and everybody knows that. But it?s getting the value picks. And 37 is a value pick.?
Hasselbeck: It'd Be A Waste For Seattle To Draft QB
Matt Hasselbeck claims that he has recovered from the bulging disk in his back that caused him to miss time in 2008.
Although he knows that he has no say in the matter, Hasselbeck doesn't believe that the Seahawks should take a quarterback with the fourth overall pick.
"I'm a little biased here, right?" Hasselbeck said when asked about Seattle taking Georgia's Matt Stafford. "We could draft him, but it would kind of stink for him, because he would have to sit on the bench for awhile."
Seahawks Could Go Green In Future, No April Fool's Joke
The graphic of a neon-green Seahawks jersey posted on a Web site turned out to be a well-executed April Fool's Day hoax.
The possibility of the team having green alternate jerseys, however, may not end up being entirely a joke.
The Seahawks have announced no plans to use a different jersey at any point in the upcoming season, a spokesman confirmed. However, NFL teams have the option of using a third jersey.
Reebok previously made a "fashion" jersey that included the electric shade of the Seahawks' rave green and gray.
Seahawks Interested In Sanchez?
The USC Trojans held their annual pro day on Wednesday, and there were quite a few members of the Seahawks organization present to watch quarterback Mark Sanchez.
Sanchez was expected to meet with executives from both Seattle and Jacksonville on Tuesday night.
